The priority order for rewards distribution is based on the date and time of successfully uploading the eligible receipts. - Customer must download S+ REWARDS App and register as a member to participate in the “Autumn Winter Trendy Rewards” and receive rewards (if any).

- The following receipt(s) are not acceptable for this promotion,
i. Receipts of payment in cash, vouchers or other methods, online spending or payment, Gold Saving Club payment and purchase or value-adding of vouchers, cards or merchant pre-paid cards are not acceptable for this promotion.
ii. Handwritten, photocopied receipts
iii. casual leasing, bank, estate agent, add-value transactions and charges (including Octopus card, value added card, parking, mobile data and telephone etc.), clinic(s)/ purchase of tickets
iv. consumption paid by cash coupon(s)/ gift voucher(s)/ cake shop coupon(s)/ merchant’s pre-paid card
v. any re-printed computer-printed receipts.
- Both eligible same-day machine-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips shall be presented upon redemption.
- All S Coupons given away via ‘Autumn Winter Trendy Rewards’ are valid for usage at designated merchants for 1 month from the date of rewards received. Expired S Coupon will be forfeited and will not be reissued.
- Terms and conditions apply. In case of any disputes, the decision of Citywalk shall be final and conclusive.
